Q1. ANSWER/SCORE: The first Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor LGA is Eze Sir Egnr. B.A. Worgu ( then he was Engr Worgu). He is from Rumuchiolu in Rumuokwurusi Clan. Assumed office 1989.

Q2. ANSWER/SCORE: Visions of AOY are( 1)To build a better society through humanitarian programs, elimination of illiteracy and pulling our human resources together for betterment of Obio/Akpor. (2)Bring the Youths of Obio /Akpor together and encouraging inter community marriage. (3)We envision a better and prosperous society thru proper investment and harnessing our human resources which in turn brings about an endless spill of developmental progress in Obio/Akpor LGA. Mission of AOY. (1)Impacting on OBALGA and development positively. (2) Motivating and encouraging citizens to have a positive mind set to issues that pertain to government and society, to improve the quality of lives of citizens. (3)fostering the idea of human capacity building investing mainly on human resources and increasing the literacy level and standard of living in Obio/Akpor through seminars, skills acquisition and scholarship programmes.

Suggestions for better AOY:
-Educative programs should be conducted in every wards
_We should also share instructional materials to schools.
